Dans le cadre du projet « Testaments transfrontaliers », quatre ateliers-débats ont été réalisés dans quatre pays de l’Union européenne entre les mois de décembre 2013 et de février 2014. Ils avaient pour objectif le partage de pratiques nationales liées à l’ouverture et à la communication des informations contenues dans le testament entre spécialistes de cette question.
The first one was held in Lisbon and was attended by Spanish, Italian, Maltese and Portuguese experts.
The second seminar was held in Vienna, Austria, and was attended by Austrian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Slovak and Slovenian experts.
The third discussion workshop was held in Riga, Latvia. Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Polish experts participated in it.
The fourth discussion workshop was held in Paris and was attended by German, Belgian, French, Greek, Luxembourg, Dutch and British experts.
