The ENRWA participated at the IV International Congress of the Portuguese Notariat
The IV International Congress of Portuguese Notaries addressed the issue of citizens' rights in a globalised and digital world. On 29 and 30 September 2023, in Aveiro, notaries and legal professionals examined the impact of new technologies on the public service provided by Portuguese notaries.

The ENRWA held its Plenary assembly on 30 June, alongside the CNUE General assembly. Almost all the members of the association were present to proceed with the annual closing of the accounts and the assessment of the activities carried out in 2022.

Le Réseau notarial européen a réuni à Vienne des experts pour présenter des réflexions relatives au Certificat successoral européen. À cet égard, il a été mentionné que le Réseau des registres européens des dernières volontés (RERT/ENRW) est un outil existant qui permet déjà d’interconnecter certains registres de CSE en Europe.

Meeting of the Chamber of Notaries of Slovenia, Portorož, 2 June 2023
Mr Octavian Rogojanu, President of the ARERT, presented the European network of registers of wills (RERT/ENRW) before the Slovenian notaries, gathered for their annual training meeting. The event included national and international presentations on digitalisation of notarial services.
