The ENRWA held its Plenary assembly on 30 June, alongside the CNUE General assembly. Almost all the members of the association were present to proceed with the annual closing of the accounts and the assessment of the activities carried out in 2022.
The President of the ENRWA, Octavian Rogojanu, emphasised the association's participation in several European projects and its desire to continue this collaboration with the European institutions, particularly with a view to evaluating the European regulation on successions. A particular effort is being made to promote the registration of European Certificates of Succession (ECS) and to interconnect ECS registries with the ENRW.
President Rogojanu also informed of the launch of the new ENRWA website, which aims to provide information and tools to notaries, legal professionals and European citizens concerned by cross-border successions.
